KUTZTOWN, Pa. --
Sarah Grebosky (Reisterstown, Md./Mount de Sales Academy) denied Millersville's shutout bid, winning the final match of the afternoon at fourth singles as the Kutztown University women's tennis team dropped a PSAC East match to the Marauders, 6-1, Saturday at the Keystone Courts.
Grebosky won her second match in a row and improved to 5-7 on the season by topping Victoria Hanus 7-5, 1-6, 10-3. Unfortunately for the Golden Bears (1-2 PSAC East, 3-9), the remaining matches belonged to Millersville.
Katina Jones, Jasmine Morris, Corinne Grohoski and Kelsey Heckert were winners in both doubles and singles play for the Marauders (1-1, 4-13), who extended their win streak over KU to six matches going back to 2015.
Alicia Pursell (Hamburg, Pa./Hamburg) forced a super tiebreaker at second doubles for the Bears before falling to Morris 4-6, 6-1, 11-9.
Kutztown heads to Bel Air, Maryland to face Harford Community College on Tuesday at 2:30 p.m.
