RESULTS
KUTZTOWN, Pa. – The Kutztown University women's swim team featured nine first-place swimmers in individual events and another in a relay in taking 10-of-14 events to defeat Juniata College 134-97 Saturday afternoon in a non-conference meet at Keystone Pool.
It is the third straight victory for the Golden Bears (4-2 overall).
Lindsay Brenneman (Dover, Pa./Dover) placed first in three events, the 1000-Free, 500-Free and 100-Free and
Emmarose DeCaro (Apex, N.C./Apex) touched the wall first in both the 100-Back and 200-Back, while also leading off the KU foursome that won the 200-Medley Relay.
Keelie Walker (York, Pa./York Suburban),
Carley Wise (Wernersville, Pa./Conrad Weiser),
Charlotte Owens (Miamisburg, Ohio/Miamisburg) and
Cara Green (Hanover, Pa./South Western) also all came in first place in one event on the day.
After two consecutive home meets each of the last two weekends, Kutztown will hit the road to compete in the three-day Franklin & Marshall Invitational, beginning Friday, Nov. 22, at 10 a.m.
