TOWSON, Md. – The Kutztown University women's bowling team ranked 13th after day one of the three day Morgan State Invitational at AMF Towson Lanes in Towson, Md., Friday.
The Golden Bears went 2-3 on the day, bringing their overall record to 57-30.
With a total pin fall of 3547 on the day for 13th place, KU defeated Cheyney (726-641) and Elmhurst (743-660) but fell to Nebraska (956-744), Fayetteville (684-646), and to the University of Central Missouri (777-688).
The Golden Bears return to action tomorrow Saturday, February 16, to continue in tournament play.
