KUTZTOWN, Pa. – Kutztown hit a season-best .385 as the Golden Bears dispatched Cheyney in three sets in a PSAC East contest.
 
Brittany Harman (Hanover, PA/South Western) posted a double-double, her 11th of the year, with a team-high 11 kills to go with 10 assists. 
 
Emily Heppler (Newtown Square, PA/Marple Newtown) led all players with 13 digs.  Kimberlee Gomber (Washington, PA/Washington) had 17 assists, while Dana Wright (Warminster, PA/Saint Basil Academy) added 13 and a team-best three aces.  Brianna Risch (Coatesville, PA/Coatesville) was credited with three blocks.
 
KU opened the match with an 8-1 run and cruised to the 25-9 win in the first set.  An 8-2 run to close the second set put the Golden Bears up 2-0 after a 25-13 final in that set.  Kutztown won set three 25-13 to finish off CU.
 
Lindsay Ashby had five kills for the Wolves. 
 
Kutztown is back in action on November 9, when East Stroudsburg visits Keystone Arena.
