2019 (OUTDOOR): 

2018-19 (INDOOR): Competed on the sixth-place 4x4 relay team that earned three points at the PSAC Championships (2/23). Ran a PSAC-Qualifying time of 51.84 in the 400m at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/18).

2018 (OUTDOOR): PSAC Scholar-Athlete...12th place in the 400m hurdles at the PSAC Championships (5/5)...Ninth place in the 400m hurdles in a season-best 57.66 at Shippensburg's Paul Kaiser Classic (4/28)...Fourth place in the 400m hurdles in his first PSAC time of the season at 57.77 at a Quad Meet at West Chester (3/31).

2017-18 (INDOOR): 12th place in the 400m, and ran as part of the fourth-place 4x400m relay team at the PSAC Championships (2/25)...Sixth place in the 400m at the Fastrack National Invitational (2/9)...New PSAC mark in the 200m of 22.76 at the Bison Open (1/26)...Won the 500m in 1:08.39 at the Golden Bear Invitational (1/12)...Ran a PR of 50.84 in the 400m at the Bison Opener (12/2).

2017 (OUTDOOR): Posted a seventh-place finish in the 400m hurdles (55.75) at the PSAC Outdoor Championships (5/5).

2016-17 (INDOOR): Competed in two indoor meets in his sophomore indoor season.

2016 (OUTDOOR): Did not compete.

2015-16 (INDOOR): Tallied a season-best in the heptathlon (3967) in an 11th-place finish at the PSAC Indoor Championships (2/27-28).
