The Department of Sports Medicine, a Division of Health & Wellness Services, provides medical services to 21 men’s & women’s intercollegiate athletic teams, comprised of nearly 600 student-athletes. The staff operates one facility in Keystone Hall.
Athletic Training Services Available to Visiting Teams
Due to staffing and scheduling, if your team is traveling without an athletic trainer, you need to call ahead to verify whether our staff will be able to handle your team’s pre-event needs. A certified athletic trainer will be available during all contests and after each event, as needed.
1. Electrical-based therapeutic modalities are available ONLY if a certified athletic trainer accompanies your team.
2. Water, ice and emergency items will be provided at each event.
3. You MUST bring your own taping supplies and cups and/or water bottles.
4. Please call at least 48 hours prior to the event for any special needs.
