McQuade is Kutztown's all-time leading scorer and rebounder and ranks on 11 of the 12 women's basketball career leaderboards at KU. She was a four-year starter, was a three-time All-PSAC First Team selection and was named the Player of the Year by the Lehigh Valley Small College Basketball Media Organization in 2011. Academically, McQuade graduated with a 3.95 GPA, was a four-time PSAC Scholar-Athlete and was an Academic All-America selection as a senior in 2011, a first for the KU women's basketball program.
McQuade still holds school-records with 1,623 career points, 584 field goals and 961 rebounds, while also ranking second at 14.6 points per game, third with 155 3-pointers and a 39.4 career 3-point percentage. She was fourth all-time with 300 made free throws and an 81.1 free throw percentage, fourth with 212 steals, and fifth with 347 assists and seventh with 86 blocks. For a single-season, she holds KU's rebounding record with 281 in 2009.
For her career accolades, McQuade was awarded a Silver Chambliss Academic Achievement Award and named to the PSAC Winter Top 10. KU posted winning seasons in three of her four years, won 66 games, including a program-record-tying 21 in 2009, and qualified for three PSAC Tournaments.
McQuade was voted the KU Female Athlete of the Year and Senior Athlete of the Year in 2011.
She is currently a fifth-grade teacher in the North Hills School District in Pittsburgh, and a basketball coach at the North Allegheny School District.
