Kutztown University Athletics

After playing at West Mahanoy Township High, where he was the captain as a senior, he was a four-year starter at tackle at Kutztown, where he also lettered in basketball and baseball. He played semipro football, basketball, and baseball in Shenandoah, then coached football and basketball at Rutherford, N.J., and football at Wayne Township, N.J., and River Dell regional, N.J. he was the director of the libraries in Old Bridge, N.J.; director of libraries and coordinator of the AV Department at the West Virginia College of Graduate Studies; and director of library services at Waycross (Ga.) College. He died in May 1987.
