Linda Kauffman (1978) starred for four years in both field hockey and basketball and played two years in softball. She held school records in field hockey that were broken only in the last five years. She was a member of the 1976 team that recorded a 12-1 mark. Until last season she held the scoring record in a season with 21 goals. Kauffman was the leading scorer in basketball and the most valuable player for two years, a similar honor she held in field hockey. While helping to form a softball team on the varsity level she also led the team in hitting for two seasons.
