Pagliaro was an all-conference pick four years in cross country, finishing in the top 10 four times, including a fourth-place finish in 1980. She qualified three times for the NCAA Division II Eastern Regional, placing in the top 10 twice. In track, Pagliaro was all-conference four times in the 1500-meter run, finishing as high as second in 1984. She was a three-time national qualifier, finishing as high as 11th in 1981. She also was an all-conference selection in the 800 and holds the school outdoor record for the 1500 with a time of 4:35.2.
