Homyak put her mark on the Golden Bear women's basketball record books. She earned three career All-PSAC honors, twice a first team selection in women's basketball and once a second team selection in softball.
In basketball, she graduated with KU career records with a 54.3 field goal percentage and an 81.7 free throw percentage. She was fifth and currently ranks seventh all-time in scoring with 1,248 points, and finished eighth in rebounding with 550. Her 325 career free throws rank second all-time at KU, while she was just the fifth player in school history to play in the postseason all four years.
In softball, Homyak was a career .277 hitter with 130 hits, 56 RBI and 49 runs scored. KU won 111 games in Homyak's four seasons. She started at third base for KU's PSAC playoff teams in her final two years.
Homyak and her husband, Sammy, have three children – two sons and a daughter. She currently works as a secondary special educator in the Saucon Valley School District.
