FORMAT: This tournament will use a scratch scoring system. The format and schedule will be as follows:
FRIDAY, JANUARY 27TH, 2012: 11 AM (6) 4-GAME BAKER MATCHES @ HIESTER LANES, READING, PA.
SATURDAY, JANUARY 28TH, 2012: 9:30 AM (6) Traditional Team Matches @ HIESTER LANES, READING, PA.
SUNDAY, JANUARY 29th, 2012: 8 AM (3) BEST 4 OF 7 BAKER MATCHES (BRACKET STYLE POSITION ROUNDS) @ HIESTER LANES, READING, PA.
FRIDAY, JANUARY 27TH – (6) 4-GAME BAKER MATCHES

Teams will be tiered into (4) groups based on Team Winning Percentage as of January 24, 2012 @ 7:00PM. Teams will bowl (6) 4-Game Baker Matches against teams in their group.
SATURDAY, JANUARY 28TH— (6) TRADITIONAL TEAM MATCHES.

Teams will remain in the (4) groups they have been seeded, and will play (6) Traditional Team Matches against teams not played against yet, in order to ensure that each team gets (12) unique matches over the course of Friday & Saturday.
KU's Kayla Jones was joined by every senior participating in the KU Invitational for a Senior Day Ceremony before competition on Saturday morning.
SUNDAY, JANUARY 29th -- (3) BEST 4 OF 7 BAKER MATCHES Position Round Bracket Style.

Total pins for each team for the (12) team matches on Friday & Saturday will determine the schedule for bracket position rounds. The Bracket position rounds will be Best 4 of 7 Baker Matches. (EXAMPLE: 1ST Round will be 1st vs. 2nd, 3rd vs. 4th, etc.. AWARD CEREMONY WILL IMMIDIATELY FOLLOW CONCLUSION OF POSITION ROUND MATCHES.
**FINAL STANDINGS WILL BE DETERMINED BY RESULTS OF BEST 4 OF 7 BAKER MATCHES ON SUNDAY.**
AWARDS: Tournament awards will be given to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place teams as a result of Baker Bracket Position Round Matches on Sunday. Individual awards will consist of MVP and All-Tournament Team. MVP and All-Tournament Team will be based on total pin fall for the (6) Traditional Team Games. Bowlers competing in all (6) Traditional Team Games will be eligible for individual awards.
ROSTER: All teams must have a minimum of (5) eligible bowlers and a maximum of (12) eligible bowlers.
