KU Competes at Princeton Invitational

PRINCETON, N.J. – The Kutztown University women's track and field team competed in the Princeton Invitational in Princeton, N.J., Friday ranking in top slots across the meet.  
 
RESULTS
 
April Doyle (Greenfield Twp., PA/Lakeland) saw a second place finish in shot put with a PSAC qualifying toss of 43-03.00 (13.18m).  
 
Kimberly Richardson (Morton, PA/Springfield) finished third in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.89.
 
Rachel Eshleman (Lancaster, PA/Lampeter-Strasburg) tied for third in high jump, and tied for tenth on KU's all-time performance list for the event, with a PSAC qualifying height of 5-03.00  (1.60m).         
          
In the 20 lbs. weight throw, Rosealine Farrell (Bethlehem, PA/Freedom) had a PSAC qualifying throw of 50-10.25 (15.50m) for fourth place.                       
     
In pole vault, Emma Sullivan (Phoenixville, PA/Methacton) had a PSAC qualifying vault of 11-01.75 (3.40m) to tie for fifth place and ranked fifth on KU's all-time performance list in the event.
 
Next up for the Golden Bears is the PSAC Championships Saturday and Sunday, February 23-24.
