THURSDAY RESULTS

MECHANICSBURG, Pa. – The Kutztown University women's swimming team ranked 11th after day one of the four day PSAC Championships.

Finishing 11th in the 200 yard medley relay, the Golden Bear team comprised of Jess Mape (Camp Hill, Pa./Bishop McDevitt), Natalie Carr (Exeter, Pa./Wyoming Area), Jessica Bleiler (Dillsburg, Pa./Northern), and Caitlin Davies (Ephrata, Pa./Ephrata) recorded a mark of 1:50.35.

Ranking 16th in the 1,000 yard freestyle, Elizabeth Metz (Rosemont, Pa./Radnor) finished with a personal best time of 10:40.86.

Kelli Sheatsley (Allentown, Pa./Parkland) also ranked in the 1,000 yard freestyle with a personal best time of 11:03.71.

The Golden Bears return to action tomorrow Friday, February 15, beginning prelims at 10 a.m. and finals at 6:00 p.m.
